Instructions

Prepare the bases

  • Brew the espresso or strong coffee and let it cool completely. Chill until cold for best results.
  • In a pitcher or large measuring cup, stir together the milk, half-and-half, and vanilla extract to make a creamy base.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with the warm water until smooth and lump-free.

Make the drinks

  • For the Vanilla Caramel Iced Latte, fill a cup with ice. Add 1/4 cup chilled coffee, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup, and 1 tablespoon caramel syrup. Pour in about 3/4 cup creamy base and stir lightly.
  • For the Mocha Cream Iced Coffee, fill a cup with ice. Add 1/4 cup chilled coffee and 1 1/2 tablespoons chocolate syrup. Pour in about 3/4 cup creamy base and stir until combined.
  • For the Blended Chocolate Coffee Freeze, combine 1/4 cup chilled coffee, 3/4 cup ice, 3/4 cup creamy base, 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, and 1/2 tablespoon white chocolate sauce in a blender. Blend until smooth and thick, then pour into a cup.
  • For the Iced Vanilla Matcha Cream, fill a cup with ice. Add the prepared matcha, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup, and about 3/4 cup creamy base. Stir or shake until evenly combined.
  • Taste each drink and adjust sweetness or strength as desired. Add optional whipped cream, cold foam, caramel drizzle, chocolate drizzle, or a pinch of cinnamon before serving.

Notes

Use chilled coffee so the drinks do not water down quickly. Oat milk is a great dairy-free option. Coffee ice cubes help keep flavor strong. Blended drinks are best served immediately.
